Temporary closure of Therme Euskirchen from 02 November

Dear guests,

due to current developments and an official order, thermal spas throughout Germany must continue to close their doors.

All guests with already made ticket bookings until January 10th will receive an e-mail from us shortly. Please do not worry, we will take care of every single booking as soon as possible.

Through our homepage, our social media channels as well as our newsletter, we will keep you up to date on the current situation at all times.

At this point we would also like to thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts for your trust and your exemplary behaviour over the past months. Together with you we were able to enjoy wonderful hours in our paradise.

Questions about the opening

When will Therme Euskirchen reopen?
The current measures of the Federal Government of Germany are extended for the time being until January 31, 2021. The health and safety of our guests, employees and their families are our top priority. We can assure you that our Spa will be ready to reopen its doors to them at any time. As soon as an official date for the reopening is set, we will inform you.
Where can I get information about an opening date?
We will provide you with regular updates here on our homepage, as well as through our Facebook and Instagram social media channels. Also, sign up for our newsletter - here you will receive regular notification of the latest developments.
Can all recreation areas be used when the Spa reopens?
We expect that all recreation areas will be available again, but we have to wait for the guidelines of the authorities.

Questions about vouchers, bookings and Thermencards

My voucher expires these days - can it be exchanged?
All vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue (until the end of the 3rd year). Example: Your voucher was issued on 11/15/2018. The voucher can be redeemed regularly until 12/31/2021.

Vouchers from 2016 have already been extended in advance until 12/31/2020 on a accommodating basis. Vouchers from 2017 can be redeemed as a gesture of goodwill until 30.06.2021.

I already have an admission ticket for the period 02 November 2020 - 31 January 2021.
All guests with entry bookings in this period have automatically received a notification about the further procedure by e-mail from us.

In principle, you have the possibility to easily change your ticket booking to a new date. We have released the availabilities for you here up to 3 months in advance. You can find instructions on how to rebook your ticket here.

You can't decide on a new date yet? No problem - alternatively, you can convert your ticket into a value voucher in just a few steps, which you can then redeem flexibly with us within 3 years. Here you can convert your ticket into a value voucher.

I have a massage booking for the period January 10 - 31, 2021.
We will automatically cancel all massage bookings in this period. Any payments already made for this will of course also be automatically refunded.
Can I order vouchers via the online store?
It is possible to order vouchers via the Therme Euskirchen online store in the normal way. You are welcome to choose between the Print@Home option (print at home) or the postal service. Orders with postal delivery will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Can spa vouchers also be ordered by mail?
This is no problem at all. We will ship your voucher order as usual within 1-2 business days. Simply select the "Postal delivery" shipping method when ordering in the online store.
How long are vouchers valid?
Therme Euskirchen vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue (until the end of the 3rd year).
I have booked a stay at the Spa through a tour operator or partner hotel - what should I do?
If you have booked through a tour operator or partner hotel, please contact the operator or hotel directly.
I have a Thermencard/Premiumcard - does my credit expire?
No, your credit on your Thermencard/Premiumcard is available to you without restriction and does not expire. We look forward to hopefully welcoming you back
