A visit to the spa is only possible with a valid online-ticket (opening offer). Tickets are available in the online shop and cannot be purchased on site.

Information about your visit

In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and employees, the general rules of conduct for dealing with the corona virus also apply at Therme Euskirchen. This means: keep your distance, disinfect your hands regularly, observe sneezing and coughing etiquette and only visit Therme Euskirchen if you are in good health.

In close cooperation with the authorities, we have prepared ourselves intensively for the changed situation and have adapted our offer accordingly.

The extensive water and resting areas of our thermal bath allow you a safe and relaxed stay. We are currently only opening for a limited number of guests. In addition, we ask all of you for a little help - if we all stick to the additional hygiene and safety measures and show consideration for each other, nothing stands in the way of a wonderful visit.

Your visit is only possible after online booking of a day-dated admission ticket including a fixed lounger (Paradise Opening Offer). In this way we can guarantee that the number of guests does not exceed a fixed value and that sufficient distance can be maintained in all recreational areas.

You can also register under MyParadise - this way you can book your visit quickly and easily, even at short notice.

A spontaneous visit to the Therme without booking in advance is unfortunately not possible at the moment. Please also note that the admission tickets can only be redeemed on the day booked and cannot be exchanged or revoked.

In order to comply with all hygiene and safety measures during this special time, we have decided on a new visit model with adapted opening hours.

You have the choice between the daily visiting hours:

  • "Day": 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • "Evening": 5 - 11 pm

During the one-hour break in the afternoon we carry out additional disinfection measures in the entire spa. This means that a visit is only possible during the specified periods.

Each guest is provided with a fixed seat or lounger in the selected recreation area. In this way we can ensure that only one guest uses the same resting lounger at a time.

During a one-hour closure in the afternoon (4 - 5 p.m.) all seats and loungers are disinfected again.

When booking your admission ticket via the online shop, you select your desired type of seat or lounger in the Palmenparadies or the Vitaltherme & Sauna. The following offers are available:

  • Lounge Seat
  • Single lounger
  • Double lounger (max. 2 persons)
  • Relaxation shell (max. 2 persons)

Our guest service team will assign you your permanent seat or lounger on site. We ask for your understanding that there is no free choice of seat or lounger available at the moment.

Within our recreation areas there is no mask obligation.

In our Foyer, in all changing rooms and in our gastronomy (except at the dining table), the wearing of a mouth and nose mask is obligatory for adults and children over 6 years of age. Please pay attention to the signs in the interior.

Due to the current situation we are unfortunately unable to offer the rental of sauna and bathing equipment for the time being.

Towels can be purchased on site at a price of 19 € (as long as supplies last).

The sports pool is included in the tariffs for the Vitaltherme & Sauna and the Palmenparadies and can be visited at the following times:

  • Tuesday and Thursday: 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The following tariffs and opening hours apply for the sole use of the sports pool:

  • 1,5 hours normal rate: 3,50 €
  • 1,5 hours children & teenagers (up to 17 years): 1,50 €.
  • Children up to the age of three are admitted free of charge to our sports pool.
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. and 6.45 p.m. to 8.15 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 8 a.m. to 2.45 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8.15 p.m. (slots: 8 a.m. - 9.30 a.m. | 9.45 a.m. - 11.15 a.m. | 11.30 a.m. - 1 p.m. | 1.15 p.m. to 2.45 p.m. | 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. | 6.45 p.m. to 8.15 p.m.)

Entry from countries designated as risk areas

If you have your permanent residence in a country that is designated by the Federal Government as a risk area, we are unfortunately unable to grant you access to Therme Euskirchen. Tickets already purchased can be rebooked, cancelled or exchanged for a voucher free of charge before your visit. All countries currently designated as risk areas can be found here.

For local risk areas, we continue to grant access to the Euskirchen thermal spa. Please only visit us if you feel completely healthy. Furthermore, we refer to the generally valid distance regulations and ask you to put on your mouth and nose protection where our hygiene and safety measures require it.

Wellness offer

Based on the requirements of the state government and in order to comply with our safety and hygiene regulations, unfortunately not all offers are available at the moment. You will find an overview of the most important changes here:

As part of the reopening, we offer you a new wellness offer: Enjoy soothing fragrance and dream journeys as well as relaxing singing bowl ceremonies in our saunas or various water treatments in the Great Lagoon in the Palmenparadies.

All saunas are open for you (except steam baths). Infusions are not allowed at the moment. You will find the valid daily programme on our information screens on site and in our new Thermen-App.

On the recommendation of the Robert Koch Institute, we currently operate all saunas at at least 80° C. You will find more information on our screens on site.

Let us spoil you with culinary delights in our restaurants "Ilha de Gosto" (Palmenparadies) & "GAVI" (Vitaltherme & Sauna). All gastronomic areas are available to you as usual.

Our pool bars are also open for you. Refresh yourself with a fruity cocktail, enjoy a soft drink or a coffee speciality.

Let us spoil you in our new spa with soothing massages that bring body and soul into harmony. The massage offer in our "Vitaltherme & Sauna" is also available to guests from our "Palmenparadies".

You can book your massage appointment directly on site or in advance via our online shop (available soon).

Please note that a valid online ticket is required to book a massage appointment.

During the visitor limited time all loungers in our outdoor areas can be used freely.

Hygiene and safety

Therme Euskirchen has always stood for a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. For the safety and health of our guests and employees, we have now, in close consultation with the authorities, taken additional measures - a greater distance between the loungers or in the saunas is just one example.

We have further optimised our already very high cleaning standards and clean and disinfect all recreational areas throughout.

You will find additional hand disinfectant dispensers at various points throughout the facility.

In addition, further cleaning work and surface disinfection will take place in the afternoons, during a one-hour closing time of the spa (4 - 5 pm).

You are by far our best guests!

In order to maintain the prescribed minimum distance, you will find helpful distance markings in all areas, for example on the floor or on the sauna benches. All loungers have been adjusted to the minimum distance - booking your stay in advance, including a lounger, also ensures that only you yourself use a berth that has been additionally disinfected before your visit.

In the foyer, in all changing areas and in our gastronomy (except at the dining table) the wearing of a mouth and nose mask is obligatory for adults and children from 6 years of age. When entering the actual spa, starting from the shower areas, you are welcome to take off your mask.

There is no mask obligation within our recreation areas.

We kindly ask you to visit us only if you feel completely healthy.

Out of consideration for all our guests and staff, we use a thermal imaging camera to take a temperature reading when you enter Therme Euskirchen (for guests and staff).

A permanent air exchange takes place via the room ventilation system - thus the indoor air has outdoor air quality in all recreational areas.

Thanks to your electronic chip wristband (transponder), you do not need any cash within Therme Euskirchen.

When you leave the spa, we ask you to pay without contact if possible. The following options are available to you here:

  • EC card
  • Credit card
  • Apple Pay
  • Thermencard/Premiumcard

Questions regarding vouchers, reservations & Thermencards

Already purchased admission tickets, vouchers, as well as reservations for loungers or massages can be used as means of payment in the online shop with the start of the online sale of day-dated admission tickets including lounger (paradise opening offer).

Simply enter the ticket code in the shopping cart during the ordering process - we will offset the value of your voucher/reservation against your new booking. If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of your booking, you will receive a residual value voucher by e-mail.

Please note that a visit to our spa is currently only possible with a day-dated online ticket including lounger and that previously purchased vouchers / reservations must be converted.

You can also pay easily with your Thermencard or Premiumcard in our online shop. To do so, please register in MyParadise first and link your card there.

You are welcome to reserve both visiting periods "day" and "evening" for your visit. Please note that we close in the afternoon from 4 - 5 p.m. to carry out additional cleaning and disinfection measures. You must leave the spa during this period.

Persons with a handicap who have a disability card with a B endorsement receive a 50% discount for a booking of two persons. If more than two persons book, the amount will be deducted proportionally from the total.

You need a customer account for the discount. You can create it here. After successful activation of your personal customer account, we ask you to send a photo or scan of your identity card to shop@badewelt-euskirchen.de. Afterwards, we will deposit the corresponding discount in your customer account. From now on, the discount will be automatically deducted from your shopping cart with every order.

If you enjoy your birthday with us under palm trees, you will get a fruity and delicious surprise from us! On your day of honour we will give you a cocktail voucher to redeem at the pool bars in the Palmenparadies or the Vitaltherme & Sauna.

The offer is only valid for a visit on your birthday and on presentation of photo identification.

Please place a new order. In the shopping cart, enter the ticket code(s) and the order date of the existing order in the fields provided. The left field is for the ticket code and the right field for the order date. The value of the ticket(s) will then be deducted from your order value. Complete the order process as usual to rebook your order free of charge.

No. Your day-limited online ticket does not need to be printed out and can be presented on your smartphone.
