Cancellation instruction

You have no right to cancellation if reservations are made via our online shop, as we have already informed you in our general terms and conditions Part II Number 10.

With other orders made via our online shop you have, if you are a consumer, the following right of cancellation:

  • CANCELLATION INSTRUCTION
  • CANCELLATION RIGHT

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The period in which you can cancel is fourteen days from the day you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Thermen & Badewelt Euskirchen GmbH, Thermenallee 1, D-53879 Euskirchen, Telephone: +49 (0)2251/1485-0, Fax: +49 (0)2251/1485-485, Email: info@badewelt-euskirchen.de) by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can can use the attached template cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To keep to the period of cancellation, it is enough if you send the information of the exercise of your right to cancellation before the period for cancellation has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we have to refund all payments that we have received from you including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs because you chose a different type of delivery than the standard, economical delivery which we offered) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We can refuse the refund until have re-ceived the goods back or you have provided evidence of sending the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must send the goods back without delay and in all cases within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract, to

or hand them over. The period for return will be kept if you send off the goods before the expiry of the cancellation period of fourteen (14) days.

For returns of goods valued up to 40 EUR, you are responsible for the direct costs of return-ing the goods. You are only responsible for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that was unnecessary for testing the quality, features and func-tioning of the goods.

If you have requested that the services should begin during the period of cancellation, you will have to pay us an appropriate amount, corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point when you informed us of the exercise of your right of cancellation regarding this contract compared to the total extent of the services planned in the contract.

END OF CANCELLATION INSTRUCTION

AGREEMENT ON RESPONSIBILITY FOR COSTS

In the event of your making use of your cancellation right, you are responsible for the regular costs of the return, if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the items to be returned does not exceed 40 EUR. Otherwise, the return of the goods is free of charge for you.
