Right of withdrawal for consumers


When making reservations made via our webshop, you do not have a right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g (2) S. 1 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
In the case contracts on the delivery of sealed goods that may not be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, you shall not be entitled to a right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Right of withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with us within fourteen days without stating any reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period shall commence on the day on which you or a third party specified by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Thermen und Badewelt

(0)2251/1485-0, fax: +49(0)2251/1485-485, or email: shop@badewelt-euskirchen.de) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send a declaration on the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will return all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favourable standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. In this case, we will use the

same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for such a repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

by post or personally without delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs incurring for returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
If you have requested our services to commence during the revocation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of revocation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

COST BEARING AGREEMENT
In case you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have to bear the direct costs of the return shipment, if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods.
