It can be so simple to relax. But then someone nearby is on the phone or listening to loud music. Suddenly, what should be a peaceful retreat becomes noisy and uncomfortable. To ensure rest and relaxation for both you and your fellow guests during your visit, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

1. The use of mobile phones and cameras for private photos and video recordings is permitted in the Palmenparadies and the Sportbad, provided other guests are not affected or disturbed. Photographing strangers or groups without their explicit consent, as well as using mobile phones and cameras inside the water areas, is prohibited in all sections.

2. Throughout the entire Vitaltherme & Sauna, the use of mobile phones and cameras, as well as taking photos and filming, is strictly prohibited. Mobile phone usage in the Vitaltherme & Sauna is permitted exclusively in the Amber Orchid restaurant and designated marked areas. As Amber Orchid is an enclosed dining space, mobile phones may be used there, for instance, for apps or to check messages and emails. Taking photos inside Amber Orchid, particularly of food, is also permitted. Making phone calls remains strictly prohibited in this area. Entering the restaurant solely to use a mobile phone is not permitted. We kindly ask for your understanding that mobile phones should not be used on the way to the designated usage points and, whenever possible, should be kept inside a bag. Mobile phones remain strictly prohibited in the GAVI restaurant.

3. In case of suspected non-compliance with the points above, our staff members are authorized to inspect recorded media and request that individuals delete relevant footage in their presence.

4. Professional photo and video shoots intended for commercial use are only permitted with prior written approval from management.

5. Carrying smart glasses is generally prohibited.
