Rebooking of day-related services
How can I rebook my online-ticket?
Please place a new order. In the shopping cart, enter the ticket code(s) and the order date of the existing order in the fields provided. The left field is for the ticket code and the right field for the order date. The value of the ticket(s) will then be deducted from your order value. Complete the order process as usual to rebook your order free of charge.
Please note that a rebooking is only possible up to the originally booked date. If you have any further questions regarding your order or require assistance, please contact us by e-mail.
