Rebooking of day-related services
How can I rebook my online-ticket?
You are welcome to change your booking until the originally booked date. Please proceed as follows:
- Click on the rebooking link below.
- Proceed a new booking.
- Now enter your existing ticket codes and the date of issue in the fields provided in the shopping basket.
- You will find your ticket codes as a PDF attachment in your booking confirmation. Open your tickets and use the ticket code to the right of the displayed QR code.
- The value of your original order will be offset against the value of your new booking.
- If the value of your previous booking exceeds the value of your current booking, you will receive a residual value voucher by e-mail afterwards. Otherwise the price difference will be charged subsequently.
- Now complete the order process as usual.
Please note that a rebooking is only possible up to the originally booked date.

Can I rebook or cancel my massage appointment?
Booked massage appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Currently, rescheduling is not possible.
All massage appointments will be automatically canceled if a related entry ticket is successfully rescheduled within the defined time frame. You will then receive a credit voucher via email for the amount originally paid for the massage. This is subject to compliance with the defined rebooking/cancellation period of 48 hours before the planned day of your visit.
If this deadline is not met, you can only reschedule your entry ticket(s); your corresponding massage appointment will remain unchanged. As before, in this case, you have the option to contact guest services. Please send us your cancellation along with your order number via email at info@badewelt-euskirchen.de.
