Did you reserve a lounger when you made your booking?

Did you not reserve a lounger when you made your booking?
There are free loungers available on site for you to relax on. The free loungers are marked with a green palm tree. Please note that your right to this sun lounger expires as soon as you leave it. Our staff regularly clear unused sun loungers in these areas.

It is generally not possible to reserve a sun lounger retrospectively. If you would like to reserve a sun lounger retrospectively, you can check the options with our guest service on the day of your visit.

Indulge in culinary delights at our restaurant "Ilha de Gosto" in the palm tree paradise and at "Amber Orchid and Gavi" in the vitality spa and sauna. Our pool bars are also open for you. Refresh yourself with a fruity cocktail, enjoy a soft drink, or a specialty coffee.

Relax yourself in our spa with soothing massages that bring body and soul into harmony. The massage services in our Vitaltherme & Sauna are also available to guests of our Palm Paradise. Our massage services are very popular and therefore book up quickly—we recommend booking your desired appointment before your visit via our online shop.

The use of smartphones and cameras, as well as photography and filming, is generally prohibited throughout the Vitaltherme & Sauna.

The use of smartphones in the Vitaltherme & Sauna is only permitted in the Amber Orchid restaurant and in the designated areas. As the Amber Orchid is a closed restaurant, mobile phones may be used there for apps or to check messages and emails, for example. Photography is also permitted inside the Amber Orchid, especially of the food. Mobile phone use is still not permitted in this area. Entering the restaurant solely for the purpose of using a smartphone is not permitted. We ask for your understanding that mobile phones should not be used until you reach the designated areas and should be carried in a bag if possible. Smartphones may still not be used in the GAVI restaurant.

You are welcome to make a change to your booking until 10 p.m. on the day before the originally booked date. To do so, make a new booking and enter your existing ticket code in the shopping cart. The value of your original order will be offset against your new booking.

If the value of the previous booking exceeds that of the current booking, you will receive a voucher for the remaining value by email. Otherwise, the price difference will be charged.

If you have booked a 4-hour ticket and would like to stay longer, you can extend your stay on site for a fee.
