Shipping costs spa websites
We ship within Germany, the EU and Switzerland. Shipping costs include VAT and handling fee.
Our products are shipped to you climate neutral with DHL GoGreen.

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge shipping costs of € 3.90 per letter/package/parcel. From an order value over 150 € we deliver free of shipping costs. The order value is the sum of the purchase prices of the goods you ordered - minus any discounts.
We deliver within approx. 1 to 3 working days after handover to the shipping partner. Orders after 14:00 will be processed the following day.

Deliveries to other EU countries:

We charge shipping costs of € 3.90 per letter and € 7.90 per small parcel/package. For orders over 150 € we deliver free of charge. The order value is the sum of the purchase prices of the goods you ordered - minus any discounts.
We deliver within approx. 2 to 5 working days after handover to the shipping partner. Orders after 14:00 will be processed the following day.

Deliveries to Switzerland:

We charge shipping costs of €3.90 for letters and €19.90 for small parcels/packages. This includes the transport. For orders up to a goods value of max. 65 CHF, no taxes and customs duties are usually charged. Any taxes and customs duties incurred in excess of this are borne by the recipient.
We deliver within approx. 5 to 7 working days after handover to the shipping partner. Orders after 14:00 will be processed the following day.

Delivery of print@home vouchers:

There are no delivery charges for items delivered by download. Print@home items will be sent to you by separate e-mail within 24 hours of your order (after the time of your payment instruction if prepayment has been agreed).
