Calla calyx shower
After a hot sauna infusion enjoy a refreshing cool down of the special kind under the calla calyx shower. The impressive cold water splash shower refreshes you with 300 litres cold water (approx. 20 °C) per second – the healthy cool down after sauna.

Foot basin

Cold arm bath
The effects of the refreshing bath are manifold: The short cold stimulus and the subsequent warming up stimulate the metabolism and blood circulation, by which also the heart and immune system are strengthened. It has a pain-relieving effect and counteracts tiredness and exhaustion.
