Dear guests,

we would like to welcome you to the Therme Euskirchen! Step into a world of relaxation with real south sea palm trees, beautiful turquoise lagoons and exclusive themed saunas.

Experience our Palmenparadies, our textile area with whirlpools, a steam bath and a pool bar. Relax in its outdoor area at our Paradise Beach, where you will find a beach bar and lovely outdoor pools. Our textile sauna on the beach is an additional highlight.

In the Vitaltherme & Sauna, our textile-free area, sauna fans are treated to a variety of individual themed saunas, a steam bath and a pool bar.

To ensure that you are guaranteed admission on the day of your visit, we recommend booking an online ticket so that we can keep an eye on the number of guests and ensure that every guest can enjoy their stay to the full.

Please note that it is only possible to purchase tickets on site by EC card at the self-booking desk if capacity is available.

During the school holidays* (NRW), families with children (admission from 0 years) can visit our Palmenparadies every day.

To make sure you have enough space and to guarantee a relaxing experience, the daily contingent of visitors is limited.

Information about your visit

In order to ensure the safety of our guests and employees of Therme Euskirchen, we kindly ask you to consider the general rules of conduct.

Here you will find the most important information at a glance:

Your visit is only possible after booking an entrance ticket online. In this way we can guarantee that the number of guests does not exceed a fixed value and that sufficient distance can be maintained in all recreational areas.

A visit to the Therme without booking in advance is unfortunately not possible at the moment. Please also note that the admission tickets can only be redeemed on the day booked and cannot be exchanged or revoked

You can also register under MyParadise - this way you can book your visit quickly and easily, even at short notice.

If you are unable to visit us on your selected date, you have the option of rebooking. To do this, please make a new booking and enter the ticket code (found next to the QR code) of the tickets you have already received in the field provided in the shopping basket before completing the ordering process. The ticket value will be offset against your order and a rebooking will be made automatically.

*Day-dated admission tickets are excluded from cancellation, but you have the option of rebooking your tickets for another day. Please note that this is only possible until 10pm on the evening before your arrival, otherwise the tickets will expire.

 

Of course you have the option of rebooking your online ticket. Please note that the rebooking must be made by 10 p.m. on the day before your planned visit.

Our Therme is open for you as follows:

Monday to Friday: 10 am to 11 pm
Saturday: 9 a.m. to midnight
Sunday: 9 am to 11 pm
Every first Friday of the month is long spa night. The Therme is then open until midnight.

You have the option of booking a fixed berth for your visit. This berth is then reserved for you for the entire duration of your visit. You can select your private berth individually during the booking process. Alternatively, an automatic allocation will be made.

When booking your admission ticket via the online store, select your desired seat or lounger type in the Palmenparadies or Vitaltherme & Sauna. The following options are available here:

Single lounger
Double lounger (max. 2 persons)
Relaxation shell (max. 2 persons)
Relaxation islands (max. 2 persons)
Suites (max. 2 persons)
Aqua lounge (max. 2 persons)

A berth is not a mandatory requirement for a visit to Therme Euskirchen. Of course, admission can also be booked without a fixed berth. Free loungers are available on site for your rest periods in a designated area. Please note, however, that the right to this lounger expires as soon as you leave the lounger. Our staff regularly vacate unused sun loungers in these areas.

Here you will find our wellness offer:

Let us spoil you with culinary delights in our restaurants "Ilha de Gosto" (Palmenparadies) & "GAVI" (Vitaltherme & Sauna). All gastronomic areas are available to you as usual.

Our pool bars are also open for you. Refresh yourself with a fruity cocktail, enjoy a soft drink or a coffee speciality.

The massage offer in our Vitaltherme & Sauna is also available to guests of our Palmenparadies.

Our massage offer is very popular and therefore quickly booked out - we recommend that you book your desired appointment before your visit via our online store.

Please note that booking a massage is only possible with a pre-booked online ticket.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY

Therme Euskirchen has always stood for a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

A permanent air exchange takes place via the room ventilation system - so the room air in all recreation and experience areas has outside air quality.

After entering at reception, you can move around the Therme Euskirchen "cashless" (restaurants, transfer to other areas, extensions etc.). All expenses are booked to your transponder and paid at reception when you leave.

If the transponder is lost, a fee of €45 must be paid. If the transponder is found again, the amount will be refunded in full.

When leaving the pool, we ask you to pay contactless if possible. Cash payment is of course still possible.
The following options are available to you on site:

  • EC card
  • Credit card
  • Your personal Thermen- or Premiumcard

Questions regarding vouchers, reservations & Thermencards

Already purchased admission tickets, vouchers, as well as reservations for loungers or massages can be used as means of payment in the online-shop with the start of the online sale of day-dated admission tickets including lounger.

Simply enter the ticket code in the shopping cart during the ordering process - we will offset the value of your voucher/reservation against your new booking. If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of your booking, you will receive a residual value voucher by e-mail.

All vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue (until the end of the 3rd year). Vouchers from 2019 can be redeemed until 30.06.2024 as a gesture of goodwill. Vouchers from 2020 are valid until 31.12.2024.

In principle, you can easily change your ticket booking to a new date. We have made availability available up to 3 months in advance. You can find instructions for rebooking tickets here.

Please note that the rebooking must be made by 10 p.m. on the day before your planned visit.

You can also pay easily with your Thermencard or Premiumcard in our online shop. To do so, please register in MyParadise first and link your card there.

Infants up to the age of 3 may visit the Therme Euskirchen free of charge and do not require their own lounger. Please note that proof of age may be required for small children.

Persons with a handicap who have a disability card with a B endorsement receive a 50% discount for a booking of two persons. If more than two persons book, the amount will be deducted proportionally from the total.

You need a customer account for the discount. You can create it here. After successful activation of your personal customer account, we ask you to send a photo or scan of your identity card to shop@badewelt-euskirchen.de. Afterwards, we will deposit the corresponding discount in your customer account. From now on, the discount will be automatically deducted from your shopping cart with every order.

Can I hire towels and bathrobes on site?
You are welcome to use our linen rental service on site:

Bathrobe: 7 euros
Sauna kilt (ladies & gentlemen): 5 Euro
Blanket: 8 Euro
Sauna towel: 4 Euro

If you hire towels or bathrobes from us, you will be charged a deposit which will be refunded at the end. The amount for towels and sauna towels is €20. The fee for bathrobes is €40.
